Shanghai Metro Operation Website (service.shmetro.com) was officially launched for independent operation in 2014. It covers 24 items in five major sections including ticket and transfer, and metro operation, with its service information amounting to over 20 gigabytes. Recently, the mobile version of the website (m.shmetro.com) has also been released. With the rapid development of the metro network and the increasing demand of passengers for website service, the website needs to be further optimized in its function, visualization and user-friendly designs to provide better information services.
Therefore, we invite our passengers to participate in our "website update" questionnaire survey from July 15 to 22. We need your valuable suggestions and comments to help us improve our services. To express our gratitude, we have prepared some gifts and will run a prize draw for all the participants.
